Q: How is flatbread different from regular bread?
A: Essentially, flatbreads are thin breads that come in many varieties. While many flatbreads like MJ's are unleavened (contain no yeast) some flatbreads like pita are leavened (contain yeast).

Q: What makes MJ's flatbreads unique?

A: Both Margaret's Artisan and Santa Fe flatbreads are made from original, all-natural recipes perfected by Margaret Sarrasin. The oval shape and distinct flavors are MJ's one-of-a-kind creations. MJ's has also developed our own special baking method that deliver our extraordinary taste and texture.

Q: Should I store MJ's flatbreads in my refrigerator?

A: No.  All our flatbreads are freshness sealed right from the oven. Once you've open the package, we recommend storing at room temperature in a resealable bag.

Q: How long a shelf life do MJ's flatbreads have?
A: Freshness is one of the key ingredients of all our products. They fly off the shelves very quickly and we recommend you enjoy them right away for the ultimate flavor experience. They have 6-8 week shelf life, please check "best before" date on each package.

Q: Can I freeze MJ's flatbreads?
A: To maintain the best flavour and texture, we do not recommend freezing our flatbreads.

Q: Can MJ's flatbreads be heated?
A: Yes. It takes 30 seconds at 300 degrees in the oven, or 10 seconds in the microwave at high where the flatbreads will be hot and still be crispy–not chewy.
